For merchandise received as a gift, Medusa Jewelry will issue a credit to the recipient. Again, the article must not have been personalized. If you are eligible for a credit, it will be issued as a gift card which will be automatically emailed to you.

If your order is returned to us before arriving at its destination, it is usually because the address provided to us is inadequate or incomplete. This can happen when:
